Description
ASP5200 series hot water circulating pump for high temperature high pressure is designed by standardized modularized theory in order to provide solutions which are economic and reliable for our clients.It is well designed and operates steadily with high efficiency.
Application Area
The product can be applied in power plant,steel&metal manufacturing( Boiler circulating pump),chemical plant,oil refinery,food industry,automobile industry, refuse incineration plant and seawater desalting plant,etc.

Structural Characteristics
Horizontal placement,back-open type and cantilever type radial impeller design are applied.Single and double mechanical seal are taken as standard.Replaceable shaft protective sleeve,casing seal ring to prolong the service life of pump.
Suction and discharge
Suction side is located at the center line of shaft.
Radial discharge side points to the upper vertically.
Flange
Suction flange and discharge flange
HG20592、HG20615、SH3406、GB and other standards are applicable.
Shaft seal
API682 balancing-type mechanical seal is taken as standard.Home-made or imported brand can also be applied.Modularized mechanical seal is wholly installed in the seal chamber,which makes the maintenance of sealing parts quick and convenient when dismantling sealing parts.Shaft seal can also be made into packing seal as the requirements of clients.
Bearing
Standard configuration is :Several angular contact ball bearings are equipped on the driver end,while radial ball bearing is equipped on the non-driving end. An oil level indicator shall be installed to control the oil level of lubrication.If cooling is needed,bearing box is designed to have heat preservation、cooling chamber.
