Product introduction
HW series pumps are horizontal, single-stage, single-suction, turboshell mixed flow pumps. Suitable for conveying water or physical and chemical properties similar to clear water. Used for liquid transportation is not higher than 50 ℃.
Range of application Widely used in farmland irrigation, urban water supply and drainage, industrial water supply, water treatment, etc.

Lift:3.5 ~ 20 m

Model significance
Structural features
1、HW pump is mainly composed of pump cover, impeller, pump body, pump shaft, axle sleeve and bearing body.
2、The pump cover is connected with the pump body and the inlet pipe. There is an appropriate gap between the cover plane and the impeller plane. Small clearance, easy to produce friction; Excessive clearance can lead to a large amount of backflow of pressure water in the pump, reducing the efficiency of the pump. The problem of plane sealing can be adjusted with paper mat.
3、The shaft sealing device consists of stuffing box, packing ring, packing gland and oil soaked asbestos packing. The function is to prevent air intake pump and prevent water from flowing out of the pump too much.
4、Shaft sleeve to protect main shaft, wear and should be replaced in time.
5、The pump shaft is supported by single row radial roller bearing. The lubricating oil amount of the bearing can be controlled between the standard line of oil benchmark; Grease lubrication can also be used when assembling water pumps. In use, the front cover and back cover are added.
6、The upper end of the pump has a screw hole, which can be used for priming or connecting the vacuum pump.
7、The 100HW ~ 300HW pump is vertical outlet type, as shown in figure 1; 400HW ~ 500HW pump for horizontal outlet type, as shown in figure 2; The 350HW pump has two types: vertical and horizontal.
