SLQGL series diving tubular pump is a combination of submersible motor and tubular pump technology and produce a new type of electromechanical integration products, both to keep the advantages of the tubular pump itself, and use of submersible motor technology, overcomes the traditional tubular pump motor cooling, cooling, sealing, a traditional unit incomparable advantages.
The pump operating mode adapted to the large capacity, low head, used to transport water without solid particles or other physical and chemical properties of similar Yu Qingshui liquid, the temperature of the liquid to be delivered no more than 40 ℃.
Range of application:
Working condition of the pump for farmland irrigation and drainage, dock drainage, urban construction and power stations, especially suitable for used for urban flood control engineering, drainage engineering and drainage engineering, (special requirements can be designed separately), is widely used.

Structural characteristics:
1, the impeller

2. Shaft seal
The product adopts two sets of independent mechanical seal to ensure the sealing safe and reliable.
Monitoring device
The submersible flow pump is equipped with multiple protective devices, which can be drawn to the electric control box, the protective device is: stator temperature protection, bearing temperature rise protection, motor water protection, oil room temperature rise protection.
4. Pump/motor shaft
Pump and motor coaxial, compact structure, axial stretching as far as possible to shorten, and improve the rigidity, admiral from design deflection control in the allowed range, little vibration when running, seal and bearing service life is longer.
5. Flow passage
Combining CFD with experimental method, the flow line shape is determined to ensure high efficiency.
6, cooling

The high performance squirrel cage induction motor is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T755 standard. The thermal grade F is available in 380V, 660V, 6KV, 10KV, etc. The motor USES two VPI insulation processes to ensure the insulation is reliable.
8, bearing
For horizontal structure, structure of large general finite element analysis software to carry on the dynamic analysis of the moving parts to study the deflection and vibration, internal stress and supporting force, natural frequency, on the basis of this structure design, selection of bearing arrangement, bearing. Bearing USES rolling bearing, can withstand all axial and radial load, and is completely separated from the pump.
